At Yalla Printing, every order is custom-made based on the customer’s design, specifications, and approval.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has started.

All products are printed specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Once design approval and payment are received, production begins immediately, so cancellations are not possible.

Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by late design approval or incorrect details provided by the customer.

Every product is checked before delivery to ensure it meets our standards.
If you receive a product with a printing defect or damage during delivery, we will:

Investigate the issue

Reprint the order (if proven to be our fault) at no extra cost

Color variation between screen display and final print (minor differences are normal in printing)

Customer-provided files with low resolution, incorrect sizes, or formatting issues

Delays caused by 3rd-party courier companies once the product has been dispatched
