These Terms of Service explain the conditions for using the Yalla Printing website, requesting quotes, placing custom printing orders, approving artwork, making payments, receiving delivery, using design support and contacting customer service in the UAE.
Simple summary before the full terms
Orders may require artwork checking, proof preparation, customer approval, production, packing and delivery.
Production starts after final proof approval. Monday to Saturday are production working days. Sundays and UAE public holidays are not counted.
Once the customer approves the final proof and production starts, cancellation or refund is normally not available unless a genuine defect is confirmed.
Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service apply to all users, visitors, customers and businesses that access the Yalla Printing website, request a quote, place an order, upload artwork, approve a proof, communicate with Yalla Printing or use any Yalla Printing service.
By using the website or placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service, the Delivery Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and any product-specific instructions shown on the website or shared by Yalla Printing.
Website use and account responsibility
Customers must use the website lawfully and must not misuse the website, checkout, quote forms, product pages, upload forms, customer accounts, WhatsApp links or any related communication channel.
Customers must not:
- Use false, misleading or unauthorised information.
- Upload harmful files, malware or unsafe links.
- Attempt to access restricted systems or data.
- Use the website for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activity.
- Copy website content, design, code or product content without permission.
Customers are responsible for:
- Keeping account login details secure.
- Providing correct order and delivery details.
- Checking all product options before checkout.
- Responding to artwork/proof approval requests on time.
- Ensuring uploaded content is legal and authorised.
Products, custom orders and availability
Yalla Printing offers custom-made printing products, business printing, event printing, packaging, signs, banners, stickers, corporate gifts, apparel and related printed items. Product images, mockups and previews are shown for general guidance. Final results may vary depending on material, print method, size, finishing, artwork quality and approved proof.
The customer selects product type, size, quantity, material, finishing and delivery option.
The customer uploads artwork or requests Yalla Printing’s free design support where available.
The customer checks and approves the final design / artwork proof before production.
The order is produced and delivered according to the applicable delivery policy and selected option.
Quotes, pricing, VAT and checkout totals
Prices shown on the website are in UAE Dirhams unless stated otherwise. Product prices, delivery charges, VAT and any additional service charges may be shown separately in the cart or checkout.
Quotes may depend on:
- Product type, size and quantity.
- Material and finishing requirement.
- Artwork readiness or design requirement.
- Delivery speed and delivery location.
- Special handling, installation or urgent requirements.
Pricing conditions:
- Website prices may be estimates for some products.
- Custom quotes are valid only for the stated period, if provided.
- Errors in listed pricing may be corrected before production.
- Yalla Printing may refuse or cancel orders affected by obvious pricing or technical errors.
- Final checkout or written quotation amount controls the payable order amount.
Artwork, free design support and proof approval
Customers may upload print-ready artwork or request design support where available. Yalla Printing may provide basic checks, minor file adjustments or design assistance, but final responsibility for approving the content remains with the customer.
Yalla Printing is not responsible for errors that were visible in the final proof and approved by the customer, including spelling errors, wrong phone numbers, incorrect names, layout mistakes, low-resolution images, wrong colour expectations, incorrect sizes or customer-provided artwork issues.
Production timelines, delivery and cut-off rules
Production and delivery timelines are calculated according to the Yalla Printing Delivery Policy and start only after final design / artwork proof approval.
Payment terms
Orders may require full payment before production unless Yalla Printing has agreed different written payment terms with a verified business customer. Online payments are processed through Shopify checkout and/or connected payment providers.
Payment may include:
- Product price.
- Delivery charge.
- VAT where applicable.
- Special handling or installation charges.
- Urgent production or additional service charges.
Payment conditions:
- Orders may be placed on hold until payment is received.
- Bank transfer orders may require payment confirmation before production.
- Buy-now-pay-later options are subject to provider approval.
- Chargebacks, failed payments or fraud flags may delay or cancel an order.
- Yalla Printing may request additional verification for high-value orders.
Cancellations, refunds and custom-made items
Cancellation and refund rules are explained in the Yalla Printing Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because most Yalla Printing products are custom-made, personalised and produced specifically for the customer, refund rights are limited after final proof approval and production start.
Before proof approval
- A cancellation request may be reviewed.
- Deductions may apply for payment fees, design work, file preparation, material allocation, courier booking or admin costs already incurred.
- Refund approval depends on the order status and costs already committed.
After proof approval
- The order is considered approved for production.
- Cancellation, refund or exchange is normally not available.
- Remedies may apply only where a genuine production defect, wrong item or material non-conformity is confirmed by Yalla Printing.
Customer content, legality and permissions
The customer confirms that all artwork, photos, logos, trademarks, brand assets, names, text, images and files supplied to Yalla Printing are legal, authorised and do not infringe any third-party rights.
Customer confirms:
- They own the artwork or have permission to use it.
- They have authority to print supplied logos, images and brand assets.
- Any personal data or photos included in artwork are provided lawfully.
- The content does not breach UAE law or third-party rights.
Yalla Printing may refuse:
- Unlawful, harmful, offensive or restricted content.
- Counterfeit, misleading or unauthorised brand use.
- Content that may violate intellectual property rights.
- Files that are unsafe, corrupted or unsuitable for production.
Intellectual property and website content
The Yalla Printing website, layout, product descriptions, images, graphics, code, brand elements, text, design system and visual content are owned by or licensed to Yalla Printing unless otherwise stated.
Customer artwork
- Customer-owned artwork remains the customer’s property.
- The customer grants Yalla Printing permission to use the files for quoting, proofing, production and delivery of the order.
- Yalla Printing may keep artwork/proof records for support, reprint, accounting or dispute purposes.
Yalla-created design
- Free design support is provided for production through Yalla Printing.
- Editable source files may not be included unless agreed in writing.
- Design concepts, templates and production layouts created by Yalla Printing may remain Yalla Printing’s working assets.
Quality, defects, limitations and liability
Yalla Printing aims to provide products matching the approved proof and selected product specifications as closely as reasonably possible. Some small variations may occur due to material, printing method, screen display, lighting, paper batch, finishing method or production tolerance.
Privacy and personal data
Yalla Printing processes personal data according to its Privacy Policy. Customer data may be used for order processing, proof approval, production, delivery, payment, support, accounting, security, analytics, marketing where permitted and legal compliance.
Changes to these Terms
Yalla Printing may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in business operations, website features, payment methods, delivery arrangements, legal requirements or service policies.
The updated Terms will apply from the date they are published on the website. Customers should review these Terms before placing an order.
