Do you offer free design support?
Yes. Yalla Printing offers free design support for many print orders. Our team can help prepare, adjust, or check your artwork before printing. The final design or artwork proof must be approved by the customer before production starts.
Do I need to approve the design before production?
Yes. Nothing goes to print until the final design or artwork proof is approved by the customer. Please check spelling, names, phone numbers, logo placement, size, quantity, colours, and all important details before approving the proof.
When does production time start?
Production time starts only after final design / artwork proof approval. It does not start from order placement if artwork, design confirmation, file correction, or proof approval is still pending.
What are your official production working days?
Yalla Printing’s official production working days are Monday to Saturday only. Sundays and UAE public holidays are not counted as official production working days.
What is your production cut-off time?
The official production cut-off time is 12:00 noon UAE time. Orders, artwork submissions, or proof approvals received after 12:00 noon are treated as next official production working day orders.
Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes. Yalla Printing provides UAE-wide delivery. Delivery timing depends on the selected product, delivery speed, quantity, artwork approval time, production schedule, and courier route.
What delivery options are available?
Yalla Printing usually offers Standard, Fast, and Express delivery options where available. Standard delivery is commonly 4–5 official production working days, Fast is commonly 2–3 official production working days, and Express can be 1 official production working day for eligible products after final proof approval.
Can I place an urgent or express order?
Yes, urgent and express orders are available for selected products. Express timing depends on product type, artwork readiness, stock/material availability, proof approval before the 12:00 noon cut-off, and current production capacity.
Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. Yalla Printing accepts bulk, corporate, restaurant, school, event, and business orders. For large quantities or special requirements, customers can contact us for a custom quotation.
Can I request a custom size or custom product?
Yes. Custom sizes and custom products are available for many print categories. If the size or product option is not listed on the website, contact Yalla Printing with your requirement, quantity, material preference, and deadline.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We commonly accept PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, JPG, EPS, and other standard design files. For best results, print-ready PDF files with high-resolution artwork, correct size, bleed, and safe margins are recommended.
Can you print from low-resolution images?
Low-resolution images may print blurry or pixelated. Our team can review your file and advise if the quality is suitable. For best results, please upload high-resolution artwork or contact our design assistance team.
Will printed colours match my screen exactly?
Printed colours may vary slightly from what you see on a phone, laptop, or monitor because screens use different brightness and colour settings. Material type, printing method, lamination, lighting, and artwork colour mode can also affect the final appearance.
Can I change my artwork after approving the proof?
After final proof approval, the order may move into production. Changes after approval may not be possible. If production has not started, our team will try to assist, but extra charges or timeline changes may apply.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Cancellation may be reviewed before final proof approval if no design work, file preparation, material allocation, vendor booking, courier booking, or production work has started. After proof approval and production start, cancellation or refund is normally not available for custom printed items.
Do you accept returns or refunds for custom printed items?
Custom printed items are made specifically for each customer, so they cannot normally be returned, exchanged, or refunded after final proof approval and production. If Yalla Printing confirms a genuine production defect or wrong item, we may offer correction, replacement, reprint, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case.
How is VAT calculated on my order?
UAE VAT is calculated at 5% on the taxable amount. Yalla Printing’s formula is: Product price + Delivery charge = Taxable amount. Taxable amount × 5% VAT = VAT amount. Product price + Delivery charge + VAT = Final total.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes. Yalla Printing can provide an invoice for orders. Please make sure your billing details, company name, contact number, and any required tax details are provided correctly when placing the order or contacting support.

What details should I send for a quote?
For a fast and accurate quote, send the product name, size, quantity, material or finishing requirement, delivery emirate, deadline, and artwork/design details. If you have reference images or existing artwork, share them with the team.
