Refunds, Reprints & Returns
We aim to deliver print that makes you proud. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right fast—by reprinting the affected items or issuing a refund according to this policy.

Eligibility for Reprints or Refunds
- Production defects: incorrect size/finishing; significant color variance beyond CMYK tolerance; trimming/binding errors.
- Transit damage: damage during delivery (report within 24 hours with photos of packaging and product).
- Wrong item sent: product or quantity differs from the confirmed order.
Not Covered
- Typos, wrong content, or low-resolution images in customer-supplied artwork.
- Color variation due to uncalibrated screens (we print in CMYK; spot/Pantone only if quoted).
- Wear-and-tear, misuse, or incorrect storage after delivery.
Timeframes
- Report issues within 3 days of delivery (24 hours for transit damage).
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after approval, back to the original payment method or via store credit.
Return Requirements (if requested)
- Items should be returned in original packaging (where possible).
- We may arrange pickup or request drop-off; instructions will be provided case-by-case.

Custom & Personalized Products
Most of our products are made-to-order. Except for issues covered above, customized items are not returnable or refundable once printed.
Exchange Policy
Like-for-like reprints are our standard remedy. Exchanges for different items or specs require a new order.
Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before printing starts; design or setup fees may apply.
- Once in production, cancellation isn’t possible; we’ll help with a paid reprint if needed.
