Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Yalla Printing calculates production timelines, delivery options, artwork approval, 12:00 noon cut-off, UAE working days, delivery charges, VAT and customer responsibilities for custom-made printing orders across the UAE.

Timeline starts after approval Production and delivery timing starts only after final design / artwork proof approval.
Official working days Production working days are Monday to Saturday only. Sundays and UAE public holidays are not counted.
12:00 noon cut-off Orders or approvals after 12:00 noon UAE time are treated as next official production working day orders.

Delivery timing at a glance

Standard delivery

AED 30. Usually 4–5 official production working days after final artwork/proof approval.

Fast delivery

AED 50. Usually 2–3 official production working days after final artwork/proof approval, where available.

Express delivery

AED 100. Usually 1 official production working day after final artwork/proof approval, where available.

Delivery timeline is not counted from order placement. It is counted only after final design / artwork proof approval, subject to the 12:00 noon UAE time cut-off.

When production and delivery timing starts

Yalla Printing provides custom-made and made-to-order printing products. Because most products require artwork checking, design support, file preparation, proofing or customer approval, the production timeline starts only after the final design / artwork proof is approved by the customer.

1 Order placed

The customer selects product options, quantity and delivery speed.

2 Artwork review

Yalla Printing checks uploaded files or prepares artwork when design support is requested.

3 Proof approval

The customer approves the final design / artwork proof before production starts.

4 Production & dispatch

The order is produced, packed and dispatched according to the selected delivery option.

Nothing goes to print before approval. If artwork, file correction, design preparation, information confirmation or proof approval is pending, the production and delivery timeline has not started yet.

Official working days and 12:00 noon cut-off

Yalla Printing’s official production working days are Monday to Saturday only. Sundays and UAE public holidays are not counted as production working days.

Official production working days

  • Monday to Saturday are counted as production working days.
  • Sundays are not counted.
  • UAE public holidays are not counted.
  • Some products, quantities or finishing options may require longer production time.

Cut-off time rule

  • The official cut-off time is 12:00 noon UAE time.
  • Orders approved before 12:00 noon may be counted from that official production working day.
  • Orders or proof approvals after 12:00 noon are treated as next official production working day orders.
  • Cut-off applies to proof approval, not only order placement.
Example: If the final proof is approved at 2:00 PM on Monday, the production timeline starts from Tuesday, provided Tuesday is an official production working day and not a UAE public holiday.

Delivery options and availability

Delivery options shown on the product page are estimated options based on normal production workflow. Availability can depend on product type, quantity, artwork readiness, material availability, finishing requirements, courier route and public holidays.

Express or Fast delivery does not remove the need for final artwork/proof approval. If approval is late, unclear, incomplete or received after cut-off, the timeline may move to the next official production working day.

Delivery charges, VAT and checkout total

Delivery charges are added to the product price before VAT. UAE VAT is calculated at 5% on the taxable amount. The cart shows an estimated total and the secure checkout confirms the final total.

Any additional requested services, special handling, installation, urgent processing, extra delivery attempts or custom courier arrangements may be quoted separately before confirmation.

Customer responsibilities for smooth delivery

To avoid delays, customers must provide complete order details, clear delivery information and timely proof approval.

Fast proof approval
Correct product quantity
Correct size and material
Access instructions if needed
Recipient availability
If delivery fails because the customer provided an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, unavailable recipient or incomplete location details, redelivery fees or additional waiting/courier charges may apply.

Delays, exceptions and force majeure

Yalla Printing works to meet the selected delivery option, but some matters can affect production and delivery timing. Delivery estimates may change where the delay is outside Yalla Printing’s reasonable control or caused by missing customer approval/information.

Possible delay reasons

  • Late customer approval or late response.
  • Low-resolution, incorrect, incomplete or non-print-ready artwork.
  • Design changes requested after proof preparation.
  • Large quantity, special finishing or custom material requirements.
  • Out-of-stock material or vendor supply delay.
  • Courier delays, route delays or incorrect delivery address.
  • Weather conditions, public holidays or force majeure events.

What Yalla Printing may do

  • Contact the customer for clarification or approval.
  • Suggest a practical alternative material or delivery option.
  • Move the timeline to the next official production working day.
  • Reschedule dispatch where courier or recipient availability is affected.
  • Provide updated timing where a confirmed delay occurs.

Courier handover, delivery attempts and receiving orders

Once an order is ready, Yalla Printing may dispatch the order through its own delivery arrangement or a third-party courier. Customers should ensure the recipient is available at the provided delivery location.

Recipient availability The customer must make sure someone can receive the order at the delivery address.
Failed delivery Incorrect address, no answer or unavailable recipient may cause redelivery charges.
Damaged delivery Report courier damage quickly with photos and order details for review.

The customer should inspect the parcel at the time of receipt where reasonably possible. Any visible damage, missing item or delivery issue should be reported to Yalla Printing as soon as possible.
