Plan a clear stand message
Use your backdrop for your company name and main promise, then use a roll-up for a focused service, product application or visitor call to action. Keep essential text readable, use strong product imagery and give visitors one clear next step, such as requesting a meeting or scanning a QR code.
Artwork and proof guidance
Send print-ready artwork or share your logo, text, images and design requirements when requesting a quote. A print-ready PDF is a useful starting point; ask for the correct artwork dimensions, bleed and safe areas for each selected display before exporting your final file.
For retractable banners, keep important text, logos and QR codes away from the area that enters the base. Check spelling, contact details, image quality and QR-code destinations carefully on your final proof. Production begins after final proof approval.
UAE delivery and urgent event deadlines
UAE delivery is available. Timing depends on artwork approval, order time, production capacity and the delivery destination. For ADIPEC, contact us before placing an urgent order so we can confirm what is achievable. Do not assume next-day or event-opening delivery without written confirmation.
Include your required delivery date and time, Abu Dhabi delivery address, hall and stand number where relevant, receiving contact and venue access requirements. Installation or on-site setup, if needed, is quoted separately and must be confirmed.
