Production timing begins after final artwork approval, not when the order is first placed or when files are first submitted. Official production working days are Monday to Saturday. Sundays and UAE public holidays are not counted.The daily production cut-off is 12:00 noon UAE time. Orders, complete artwork or proof approvals received after the cut-off are treated as received on the next official production working day. Large quantities, complex customisation, unavailable stock or coordinated event sets may require additional time; the team will confirm any material change before production.UAE delivery options Standard delivery - AED 30: normally 5–6 working days after proof approval. 2-Day Delivery - AED 50: delivered in 2 working days after proof approval. Express delivery - AED 100: delivered the next working day after proof approval, subject to production capacity, confirmed stock and artwork readiness. Delivery timing is calculated after proof approval and applies to UAE working-day service. A complete delivery address, active phone number and available recipient are required. Delays caused by incomplete addresses, inaccessible venues, customer-requested proof changes or circumstances outside the courier's control are not counted as production time.Care, handling and important product notesUse indoors or in a sheltered location on a clean, level floor. Keep the printed face dry, avoid sharp impact on edges and store panels flat in a dry area when the display is not in use.Colours seen on a phone, computer monitor or screenshot can differ from printed colour because screens use light while printing uses ink. Slight variation between production batches is normal.
