Start with who's receiving it
Client gifts, staff gifts, and event giveaways all need different budgets and different thinking. A staff welcome kit can be simpler but should still feel useful day-to-day: a bag, a bottle, a branded notebook.
Set a per-unit budget band

- AED 20–60: notebooks, mugs, power banks
- AED 60–150: gift sets, premium bottles, bags
- AED 150+: crystal awards, leather goods, tech bundles
Branding matters more than the item
A well-placed logo on a mid-range item outperforms a cluttered logo on an expensive one. Keep branding to one clean placement and let the product finish do the rest.
Order timing
Corporate gifting spikes around UAE National Day, Ramadan, and year-end — order at least 2–3 weeks ahead during these windows to avoid rushed production.
